Everybody that cares about The Child’s World will help with these questions. This includes the staff and at distant advisors, interested parents, the KURU Board and Others. We address current decisions together. Input is gathered primarily through our 4th Saturday broadcasts but also from the Comment Boxes, E-mails as well as conversations in our lounge among ourselves and with parents.
Current Question One: How can the lounge be reburburished to better serve the Child’s World needs while still completely retaining the functionality of the general radio station needs.

As A Staff: Being Clear On Our Mission, Our Purpose: What is our purpose? Why are we doing this? What are we trying to accomplish? This is a question without one precise answer for each of seeing this purpose from a slightly different angle but each of us needs to be able to express what that purpose to each other and the public. We call this being on the same page but again not in regimental fashion, we are all different in our way of seeing and in sharing those individual perspectives add to the greater vision of what we are about and doing. The we spoken of includes parents what do this their own way too and not only meet the public, they are the public.
The Child's World: Zooms, Podcasts & Radio 
The lounge needs to be very welcoming to the parents and children. And it must be functional as gathering place for kids before and after the children’s discussion live broadcast. A place to play, a place to practice for a child broadcast in the after show and place to be served refreshments.
